Can I return an item?In order to initiate any return please email info.leylanilondon@gmail.com with your order number. For more details, refer to the Returns Page. Please note that we do not except returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons (unless they are faulty).

How do I keep my jewellery sparkling?- Avoid direct contact with water. Remove before washing hands, showering, swimming etc. - Apply your perfume, creams etc before wearing your jewellery. - Store your pieces in a cool and dry spot – away from humidity. - To keep the shine, wipe down your jewellery with a cloth.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?Orders are packaged quickly, so your request cannot be guaranteed. However, do get in touch and we will try to accomdate you. info.leylanilondon@gmail.com

When will my order arrive?We try to process orders as soon as possible. UK Standard Delivery takes 3-5 working days and UK Express Delivery takes 1-2 working days. Check out our shipping page for more information.

When will an item come back into stock?The stock for all of our pieces varies greatly. If there are particular items you are waiting for feel free to contact us and we can update you on when new stock is arriving.

Do you offer gift packaging?Currently we do not. However, if this is something you would be interested in please do let us know.
STORE POLICY
Your order will be processed once the full payment has been received; you will know that your order has gone through once you receive an email confirmation. If there is something wrong with your order we will contact you via the email or contact number provided.
In some circumstances, complimentary gifts may be gifted with your order, this is just a little extra and will not always be available. The pictures from this website are not allowed to be used elsewhere unless you have contacted us and gained permission beforehand.
Sometimes items will go out of stock and the website might not have updated correctly, if this is the case and you have placed an order we will contact you to arrange a refund or discuss a new delivery time as we wait for a restock.
Leylani London have the right to change to price of the products and shipping on the website at anytime; coupon codes will only be valid for certain periods of time and will then expire. Please contact us if you have any quieries.
